When you focus on what is good and you are grateful for all that you have on a daily basis you develop an attitude of gratitude, and attract more good things into your life.
A few years ago, I started a Gratitude Journal to help me cope with depression. That one amazing tool and daily practice, totally transformed my life. And it is now a daily practice that I live by. I find myself saying many times a day, "I am grateful! Thank you, thank you, thank you" and my life continues to get better and better.

Be grateful for the small things, big things and everything in between. Don't just leave it for one day a year. Be grateful EVERY day!
