This weekend we celebrate Thanksgiving in Canada.  One day a year that originated to give thanks for an abundant harvest.   My question is, why is this celebrated only once a year?  Why not give thanks EVERY day?

When you focus on what is good and you are grateful for all that you have on a daily basis you develop an attitude of gratitude, and attract more good things into your life.

A few years ago, I started a Gratitude Journal to help me cope with depression.  That one amazing tool and daily practice, totally transformed my life. And it is now a daily practice that I live by.  I find myself saying many times a day, "I am grateful! Thank you, thank you, thank you" and my life continues to get better and better.

This quote sums it all up:

I have never been a millionaire. But I have enjoyed a crackling fire, a glorious sunset, a walk with a friend and a hug from a child. There are plenty of life's tiny delights for all of us. - Jack Anthony

Be grateful for the small things, big things and everything in between.  Don't just leave it for one day a year.  Be grateful EVERY day!

Wishing abundance and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families!

In gratitude,
